All pre-order sales are final, and refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be accepted. When you submit payment, we’ll begin the material procurement and production process, which is why refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will also not be offered should any delays occur during the production process. However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order at a reasonable date, then a full refund will be given for your purchase. Should this occur, you will still be eligible for our pre-order program benefits.
