Throughout my life, I’ve developed a deep love for vintage fashion. The durability, the aesthetics, and the lasting comfort that vintage garments featured as foundational traits is something I’ve found to be missing in modern garments. From streamlined processes to cost cutting decisions, the workwear garments of today are not what they were 20+ years ago.
With Dinoland, I set out with the singular goal of recreating and perfecting the things that made vintage workwear jackets a wardrobe staple that could lasted decades. The rugged visual aesthetics, the generous proportions and shape, premium materials, and the craftsmanship that is seen in every stitch.
To achieve this, every garment is handmade right here in Los Angeles by a small, hardworking and dedicated team. By focusing on quality rather than quantity, we’re able to ensure that we’re creating durable and comfortable garments where keen attention is placed on every detail, down to each stitch.
Because of this, we’re only able to make 50 jackets at a time as any more will lengthen the required turnaround time to complete one of our production runs. We may not be the biggest team, but we love what we do and hope this shows in every jacket we deliver.
